Payment for your reservation must be received in advance: 50% at the time of booking and 50% at check-in.

Refunds

 

BOOKINGS PER ROOM:

7 days notice: 100% refund
3-6 days notice: 50% of the value of the first night will be charged
Notice within 24 hours of your arrival: 100% of the value of the first night will be charged

7-14 days notice: 50% of the value of the first night will be charged

Valuables

– Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your room. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the room or any other part of the house for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

– Lost and found items shall be surrendered to the appropriate authorities.

Pet friendly

BOOK THE STAY OF YOUR PET

Your pets’ stay must be arranged at the time of your reservation and will be granted as per availabilty upon first-come / first-serve basis. We will ask you to accept our STAY POLICIES FOR PETS, holding you responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.
